Middle Eastern dance is without boundaries. You do not need to have previous dance experience, be a certain age or even a certain body type to enjoy and gain from these classes. Bellydance enhances every part of you, physically and within your personality. Within our classes you will progress through the basics of posture, increase your bodies range of movement, progress through the basic movements into more intermediate bellydance combinations, and enjoy every minute of it. Our classes are an exciting way to exercise, and have a wonderful time. Classes are included with paid membership; non-members can participate for $7 per class. Wednesdays 8:30p at the Miami Location, 15140 S.W. 72 Street Miami ,FL 33193. Classes are included with paid membership; non-members can participate for $10 per class. Note: This is a Bellydance for Fitness class. The class is designed to keep your heart rate up while you learn to Bellydance. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________What you will need for class:Comfortable, breathable clothing such as yoga pants and a tank top. A Hip Scarf (May be purchased in our store at Body Motions Institute).Dance paws/Foot Undeez/Dance shoes are optional but recommended. As classes become more advanced, you may need a veil and a set of finger cymbals. The instructor will advise if these are needed for the semester, and will be able to be purchased in our store.
